Sivan plays a lot of notes. But he is quiet, and this is what makes him more than a very good young guitar player.” (Ben Ratliff, NY Times).

Seven intense days drenched in jazz where the small medieval village of Fara in Sabina will turn into a city of music. A unique experience with some of the best teachers on the international scene, where concerts, workshops, jam sessions, good food and fun will come together in an exciting and didactically enlightening ensemble.

Sivan Rotem: “Sivan has a natural confidence and absolute control of his instrument. He’s not spare. He plays a lot of notes. But he is quiet: almost always quieter than someone with this much training and musicality tends to be, and this is what makes him more than a very good young guitar player.” (Ben Ratliff,  NY Times).

In New York, Sivan instantly became an active player in the village jazz scene and started collaborating with acclaimed musicians such as Ari Hoenig, Peter Bernstein, Yasushi Nakamura, Colin Stranahan, Haggai Cohen-Milo, Paul Bollenback and Ziv Ravitz. He performs regularly at well-known jazz venues such as Birdland, The Bar Next Door, Smalls, Fat Cat, Le Poisson Rouge, and many others.
